Return & Refund Policy

Before initiating a return or exchange, please read all the return criteria listed below (product packaging, return address, refund conditions, etc.).
Please make sure that your order package meets the following criteria, otherwise the order amount may not be refunded to you.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific costs should be based on the courier you choose. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept customized products, personal or hygiene products, dangerous goods or flammable liquids or gases.

Returns
Goods that meet the above conditions can be applied for return. The returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Returns that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email support@acciost.com and provide relevant proof.
If the package is lost or severely damaged due to our reasons and affects the use of the product, we will refund the full amount.

Refund only:
If the package is not delivered due to your fault (including but not limited to the wrong address you provided, the package was rejected without contact, etc.), and we contact you multiple times without receiving a response, we can only refund the total price minus shipping costs. Amounts other than 6.99 USD.

Multiple returns
If you need to return items from two or more separate orders, you must initiate a separate return for each order and send them back separately, otherwise we will not be able to record all returns.

Refund (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days (usually within three business days after the refund is confirmed).
